Every building’s roofline is different — parapet heights, setbacks, overhangs, atriums. Bee Access builds to the condition, and their engineering department produces the anchor and davit layout drawings for the building rather than forcing a stock part onto it.

A building without permanent access pays for temporary rigging on every single service visit, forever. Every window-washing, caulking, or facade bid you receive has the vendor’s rented outriggers, counterweights and swing-stage mobilization priced into it — plus the setup days to rig and de-rig. A permanent, engineered system flips that equation:

A certified davit doesn’t make a jobsite compliant if the people hanging from it were never trained. OSHA requires suspended-scaffold and powered-platform users to be trained by a qualified person.
